"The Balconada" (Row of Balconies), is a charming country house that fits up to 8 people, situated in a beautiful natural landscape. It is an area surrounded by forests (very popular for wild mushroom pickers) where you can go The house is easily accessible by paved road, and is only 15 minutes from the town of Berga.
It occupies the first and second floors of the "house pairal." The house retains all its original architectural features, including hard wood floors and high ceilings with solid wood beams, a "museum" staircase, and an interesting lamp made by a contemporary artisan. The first floor is 200 m2 and has a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen (equiped with oven, dishwasher and microwave), dining room and a bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with bathroom.
Just outside the house is a typical veranda where you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast and some truly impressive views. Other facilities outside the house include an outdoor pool, and indoor pool (at 28 º), a sauna, fitness area and games room. (External services are shared by the guests of the two houses).
